Team Virtualis are one of five teams (Virtualis, UBS, Accenture, Credit Suisse and Barclays Capital) who are taking part in the annual EnduroChallenge, an Ultra Triathlon Relay.

Each team is made up of six competitors and four support crew. Competitors set off from Canary Wharf, London (above) on Friday morning and will run in relay to Dover on the English coast. On Saturday they will swim across the English Channel - the busiest shipping lane in the world in just their Speedos (to comply with the complex rules for cross-channel swims!). They will then immediately cycle through France to the Eiffel Tower in Paris. Our objective is to win the race and the prize money for our chosen charity; The Prince's Trust. Its going to be a great adventure which you too can share in. The Team's name "Virtualis" is a Latin term, derived from Vitus and means
"capable of creating an effect through physical power and virtue” .
On the 120km run, 40km swim and 300km cycle to Paris we hope to create a positive effect by channeling physical exertion into your support for a virtuous cause. It would be terrific if you could help us add to the almost £1million that this event has raised in the last 6 years for various charities, by contributing to our chosen charity this year.
